834 Colombo Street
Situated near Cathedral Square, this three-story office building includes retail on the ground floor and a number of commercial spaces available. Constructed with a structural steel frame and precast concrete panels, this was a challenging and deep screw pile foundation that our team worked long and hard on to meet our high standards. The cladding was made from a mixture of long-run iron and coloured glass, making this contemporary commercial building a striking example of our impressive construction and finishing abilities.
Forte Health
With an 18-week timeframe and a clear vision from the client, our team worked full steam ahead for this private hospital construction. Joining the project after the ground floor structural work had been completed by previous contractors, we worked with a tight deadline and budget restraints to create world-class reception areas, medical consultation rooms, cafes and more. Our expert team pulled this challenging project off with flying colours, with Forte Health becoming the first hospital to receive a 4-star Green rating, making this a rewarding process that we were proud to be a part of.
Dulux (Ferry Road)
When Dulux needed a brand-new premium showroom and offices, we were approached by a longtime client to build it for them. Made from precast concrete panels and structural steel frames on a substantial screw pile foundation, this project was complicated due to restricted access to a shared site and ensuring the existing Dulux location remained open and operational. Thanks to our careful management and coordination, we were able to achieve all of our goals and create yet another project that made the client happy and our team members proud.
