Simon Construction, we provide on time and on budget commercial construction and we don’t compromise on quality.

Commercial building requires a different approach to residential building – the scale of commercial projects means that extra attention to detail required because the importance of timelines and budget constraints being met without an impact on standards is key to success.

Simon Construction’s capabilities to carry out large-scale commercial construction has grown over recent years. Our commitment to doing what ever it takes to get the job done right, and by maintaining our high standards we have proven we can achieve quality results on projects of any size.

Our clear reporting and communication will have you confident that the usual time and budget restraints won’t be reflected in the quality of work or your finished product.

From retirement communities to industrial warehouses as a local construction company we can give you the commercial project the attention you’re looking for. Contact us to discuss your next project.

Here are some Commercial examples you may recognise.

834 Colombo Street

This three storey office building with retail on ground floor is situated not far from Cathedral Square. Walker Architecture designed it with a Structural steel frame and Precast concrete panels on what proved to be challenging and deep screw pile foundation. The cladding as you can see is a mixture of long run iron and coloured glass, which we believe make this contemporary commercial building such a striking example of our construction and finishing abilities.

Forte Health

The 18 week programme and client’s expectations for exceptionally high quality finish meant this was an especially challenging project. Circumstances lead to us joining this building project after all the ground floor structural works had been completed. With a tight deadline and budget restraints we accepted the challenge and set about finishing the reception areas, medical consulting rooms and the café including the public areas. Mission accomplished. Not only did we meet the client’s expectations but Forte Health later became the first Hospital to receive a “4 Star” Green Star rating, making this a particularly rewarding project to be apart of.

Dulux (Ferry Road)

When Dulux needed a new showroom and offices our client approached us to build it for them. Precast concrete panels and structural steel frames on a substantial screw pile foundation at first glance seemed like a straight forward scope. But when you add restricted access to a shared site whilst ensuring the existing Dulux store remained open and operational, all of a sudden this project required careful management and co-ordination. No problem’s just challenge’s to overcome, and another client happy.
